Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

Items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include original packaging
  • Not show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return if opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
