Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Carry Lab is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
